Modern engineering teams work in six-to-eight person clusters, not open plans. We plan workstation clusters on a continuous rhythm, with focus rooms + huddle pods on the perimeter so no seat is more than a short walk from a quiet space.
Engineers bring laptops + monitors from home, charge personal devices, use more peripherals than five years ago. We now provision 6–8W per workstation, up from 4–5W two years ago. Data + network containment is oversized to future-proof against IoT and AV expansion.
Technology brands live on their office as recruitment surface. We separate the brand-led front-of-house from the working floor so campaign visibility never crosses the engineering neighbourhood — the Crunchyroll India engagement is a considered example.

Programme, MEP provisioning and vendor logistics all scale predictably from 15,000 sq.ft up to a lakh-plus sq.ft.

The same delivery process scales to multi-floor 1L+ sq.ft engagements — our largest is a 1.4 lakh sq.ft lifescience renovation at MFAR Manyata TechPark in Bengaluru.
Every tech-park engagement carries the relevant design-review coordination and approved-contractor compliance as part of scope. We are familiar with the tenant fit-out processes at Manyata, Embassy, RMZ Ecospace, VSD Tech Park, Salarpuria Sattva and the major Outer Ring Road parks. Restricted construction hours and approved-contractor lists add 10–15% to construction costs vs standalone buildings; this is documented in every proposal upfront.

The workplace design language varies by sub-sector — engineering-heavy teams get cluster-driven layouts, product-and-brand teams get more experience-zone allocation — but the integrated delivery model is identical across the range.
