How does Pencil Sketch price corporate office interior design + build projects?

Pricing is calibrated to brief, scale, finish quality and procurement strategy — and shared as a single all-inclusive figure (design, construction, MEP, furniture, project management) after design development. We do not quote against per-square-foot benchmarks because the same square foot can mean three very different briefs. The price quoted in the fixed-price contract after design development is the price you pay unless you change the scope.

How is programme calibrated for a corporate office fit-out in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai or Coimbatore?

Programme is calibrated to brief, scale and the client’s decision-making cadence — then fixed as a commitment in the contract after design development.
