Lead corporate office interiors from first planning study to completion, owning the design, the team that produces it and its coordination with clients, consultants and contractors.
You will lead corporate office interior projects from concept to completion: the planning and space-planning logic, the detailed design that follows it, and the coordination that keeps clients, consultants and contractors working from the same drawing. You will lead and mentor the project team that delivers it, and you will answer for its quality and its timeline.

Responsibilities
Design leadership- Lead corporate office interior design projects from concept through to completion.
- Own planning, space planning and detailed design on every project you run.
- Provide design leadership that holds a consistent standard from first study to final finish.
Coordination- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors at every stage of the project.
- Keep design intent intact as drawings move from studio to site.
Delivery and team- Manage projects with direct responsibility for quality and timelines.
- Lead and mentor project teams.
What you bring
- Senior-level architect with proven experience in corporate or workplace interiors.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong command of architecture, interior design, space planning and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape and related rendering software.
- Excellent communication, team leadership and client-handling skills.
Full ownership of corporate office fit-outs of 5,000–50,000 sq ft across civil, interiors, MEP, furniture and finishes, delivered on time, within budget and without compromise on quality or safety.
The objective is simple to state and hard to do: deliver corporate office fit-outs of 5,000–50,000 sq ft on time, within budget, with zero compromise on quality and safety. You will own each project from tender study to handover, across interiors and MEP.

Responsibilities
Pre-construction- Study the tender, BOQ, drawings, client requirements and scope of work.
- Prepare the project schedule, manpower plan and material procurement plan.
- Run the kick-off with the client, architect and the MEP, civil, furniture and IT teams.
Execution- Take full ownership of civil, interior, MEP (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, IBMS), furniture and finishes.
- Run daily site coordination between interior and MEP teams: false ceiling, lighting, AC grilles, meeting rooms, cabins and workstations.
- Carry out quality checks, enforce safety compliance and manage the snag list.
- Handle demanding corporate clients (IT, co-working, MNC) on strict timelines.
Commercial and vendor management- Validate the BOQ and certify billing for all contractors.
- Run material approvals (MAR), cost control and variation tracking.
- Manage 8–10 vendors at a time across POP, electrical, HVAC, furniture and glass.
Client and team- Hold weekly client progress meetings and issue WPR reports and MOM.
- Lead site engineers, MEP engineers and the safety officer.
- Complete handover with as-built, O&M and warranty documents.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in corporate interior fit-out.
- An MEP background is a strong advantage.
- Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera, and MS Office.
- Strong coordination across MEP and interiors.
- Good communication skills.
Own the quantities and the money on corporate fit-outs, from the first BOQ to the final bill, across civil, interiors and MEP.
You will own the quantities and the money on every project: measuring from interior and MEP drawings before tender, certifying what was actually built while the project runs, and closing the accounts with client and vendors at the end. Your reconciliation is what keeps cost and budget in step.

Responsibilities
Pre-tender and estimation- Take off measurements from interior and MEP drawings.
- Prepare detailed BOQs for civil, carpentry, POP, painting, flooring, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and furniture.
- Run rate analysis: collect vendor quotes, compare and negotiate.
- Prepare the estimation sheet and budget for management approval.
During the project- Issue work orders and purchase orders to all contractors.
- Measure on site daily and verify vendor work against claims.
- Client billing: prepare RA Bills supported by measurements.
- Vendor billing: check and certify contractor bills, deducting wastage and short work.
- Track cost against budget and raise overrun alerts to the Project Manager.
- Maintain material reconciliation for cement, paint, cables, wires and plywood.
Post-project- Settle final bills with the client and vendors.
- Prepare variation and extra-item statements.
- Prepare the as-built BOQ for handover.
- Produce cost analysis that informs future pricing.
