Sketch.
A line, then a hundred more.
We begin where every great space begins — by hand, on paper. Bubble diagrams, programme studies, sightline tests. Concepts you can argue with before they’re anyone’s budget.

A corporate interior design + build studio. We translate brand, behaviour and ambition into workplaces that hold up — every detail drawn first, then made.
Founded in Hyderabad, Pencil Sketch operates as a single accountable studio across design and delivery. From the first concept sketch to the final snag list, the same people who promised it are the ones who build it.
We don’t do trendy. We don’t do generic. We do specific — answering a brief with a space that could only belong to one client, in one city, at one moment.
Most firms hand you off — sketch to render, render to contractor, contractor to subcontractor. We don’t. The pencil that drew the first line stays on the project until the last switch is wired.
We begin where every great space begins — by hand, on paper. Bubble diagrams, programme studies, sightline tests. Concepts you can argue with before they’re anyone’s budget.

Sketches harden into a buildable set — joinery details, MEP coordination, photoreal renders, material samples on your desk. By the time we cost it, nothing is left to interpretation.

Our in-house workshop and PMC team run the site — joinery, stone, MEP, lighting commissioning. One vendor list. One programme. One project lead who answers your call.

Handover isn’t the end — it’s the start of the warranty period. We snag, train your facilities team, and stay close through the warranty term. Most clients call us back for the next floor.

A small selection of recent corporate interiors — each designed and built end-to-end, a closed conversation between brief, brand and behaviour.

From the first concept napkin to the day your team moves a chair for the first time — we hold every step under one accountable contract.
Programming, space planning, and concept design grounded in how your people actually work — not how a Pinterest board looks.
Civil, MEP, joinery, stone, paint, lighting commissioning. One BOQ, one programme, one project lead who picks up the call.
Wayfinding, environmental graphics, reception identity — the spatial expression of who you are, baked in from drawing one.
Curated catalogue across Italian, German, and bench-made Indian. Logistics, warranties, and lifecycle ownership held by us.
HVAC, lighting control, AV, access, network — designed-in from day one, not patched in at handover.
Weekly walks. Live BOQ tracker. Issue logs you can read. Cost certainty that doesn’t require a degree to follow.
They drew it the way they built it — and built it the way they drew it. That sentence is rarer than it sounds.
Tell us about the floor, the deadline, and the people who’ll inhabit it. We’ll come back inside three working days with a calibrated proposal — not a brochure.
