They do not govern any project engagement between Pencil Sketch and a client — those engagements are governed by the separate fixed-price contract signed after design development.

Use of the site

You may browse, read, share links to, and submit enquiries through this site for personal, professional, or business research. You may not (a) scrape the site for resale or republication, (b) misrepresent the site’s content as your own, or (c) submit false information through the contact form.

Intellectual property

All text, photographs, drawings, schematics, video footage, brand identity, and case-study content on this site are © Pencil Sketch Design Studio LLP unless explicitly credited otherwise. Project photography is published with the relevant client’s permission and remains subject to that permission.

You may quote short excerpts from the long-form insights with a link back to the source article. Reproduction of full articles, project case studies, or any photograph requires written permission.

We work to keep the site accurate and current. Project scope figures (area, timeline, sector) reflect the engagement at the time of writing; some details are anonymised at client request.
